Can Do Cubes for English grammar, written by Helen Backhouse, is a creative resource containing activities and games designed to stimulate a student’s interest in the structures of the English language. Play and experimentation are encouraged as manipulation of the language does not require the physical act of writing (this skill can be developed later as the student’s confidence with the language grows).
Can Do Cubes for EFL/ESL written by Tim Gilroy, is similar to the above, but with an emphasis on language problems particular to teachers and learners of ESL/EFL.
Can Do Cubes for English + offers a range of additional material for engaging with English through other subjects (Maths, for example) or word recognition (homophones).
